Change detection sensitivity

Hi everybody,

I am using the change detection flag as part of my tile extraction from arc2earth. I am running into a problem with the sensitivity of the change detection.

I've attached 3 tiles - the original, the update and the difference ( On the difference tile , the red dots highlight the areas that are different)

It looks like the problem here is very minor ( if it's just not a png rendering problem ) what i'd like to do is ignore tiles that have less than , n points of contention. Is this possible.

Here's the command I'm using

A2EExporter.exe -type tile -mxd "C:\\Data\Data_update.mxd" -start 16 -end 20 -cdl 16 -fullExtent false -cache "C:\differences\" -cf zxy -exclusion "exclusion_mask" -transparent true -antialias false -adaptive true -bbox {bbounds ommited here} -format png8 -cutters 16

I'm wondering if running teh cdl at a lower level will help , or whether , I'll just get the same problem at that level but with more tiles...

running with the cdl at a lower level would be you're only option, not sure how well it will work
