I have an issue with getting the latest version of Arc2earth to operate under the license information I received back in 2007. My order number was 01302007-76696-192. Is the license I have now(2007) NOT compatible with the current version of Arc2earth?

   Hello Hayden,

   Sorry to hear you have a problem.

   You purchased with V1 or V2 back in 2007. We charge for major updates, such as our release of V3. As such, your V1 or V2 License will not work with a V3 install.

   Your choices is to reinstall V1 or V2 or upgrade. The upgrade to V3 is 20% off the list price.

   You might want to try out the CE edition which is free too. Simply for to our website and register for a license key.
