bring mxd to google with labels

I have mxd files need to bring into google earth, how to make labels display on the google earth?

    hello

    from the main KML exporter window, select the layer in the treeview on the left. The main row of tabs will change, select the Labels tab. You'll find a couple of options for how the labels will display in GE

    Brian,
    I don't understand the main KML exporter window you are referring to. Where can I find it?
    I am using Map To KML Conversion tools, but no luck on labels and call out labels. Thanks for your help.
