I'm running version v3.1.5100.19029 of Arc2Earth and am running ArcGIS 10.2.1 on Windows 7. When I'm in "Data View", all of my GIS layers are visible and display correctly including my Google Imagery. However, upon switching to "Layout View", nothing is displayed at all - it's just a blank white empty layout. What fixes this issue?

    HI,
I have also just experienced similar problem to Cory's. Data is visible in "data View" but Layout view is blank. Was there a solution to this?

I'd had this problem for some time as well, but this time when I switched to layout mode I noticed that my data frame had been resized to an almost microscopic size near the bottom left-hand side of the page. I clicked on this tiny box and it gave me the usual teal-colored resizing handles which let me expand the data frame to a normal size. Now I'm back in business.

I'm not sure why this microsizing of the data frame happened, but immediately before I found the mini data frame I opened the 'Page and Print Setup" box (in Layout mode right-click and you should see the option) and noticed that the 'Map Page Size' option was set to a custom size. (I have no memory of setting a custom size ... but, oh well.) I clicked on the 'Use Printer Paper Settings' box and then 'Ok.' It was after that that I noticed the tiny data frame. This might have been related or might not. I have no way of knowing.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi There,

To Resolve the problem, simply go to "File, Click on Analyze Map", it will check which files are inaccessible, and will show as "error" at the bottom. once you see the errors you can see which files need to be re-added to the map.

once you are done, simply reanalyse the map and presto problem solved.

    Sincere Regards
    Santash
