KML Import with Arc2Earth
Arc2Earth can also import KML and KMZ files directly into ArcMap. A Personal GDB is created in the background and feature classes are created for each possible geometry type. Symbology is maintained and even links to Google Earth root icons are maintained. Once the data has been imported, you can search, edit and run any geoprocessing tool against it.

Arc2Earth also has a popup Window map tool that will display a
Google Earth balloon window when the user selected an imported
placemark. This allows the HTML attributes to be displayed in a
user friendly manner.
